The Obenauf team embraced the opportunity to attend the 37th edition of the European Macrophage and Dendritic cell Biology (EMDS) Meeting held in Vienna from November 27th-29th. The conference brought together leading experts and pioneering future leaders of the field, highlighting the importance of macrophage and DC biology in advancing our understanding of health and disease.
The event was an invaluable experience for the seven members of the Obenauf Lab that joined- Tanja, Guillem, Anais, Jakob, Jingyi, Johanna & Milica. The insightful talks and dynamic poster sessions allowed for networking with top scientists, experts and peers alike. A wonderful privilege was attending the conference dinner which was held in the iconic Vienna City Hall, a truly inspiring backdrop for professional connections and scientific discussions.
