ADAPTMET is a collaborative consortium of leading academic, clinical, and industrial partners offering generous three-year fellowships starting in the 2025–2026 academic year, funded by the DN–Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions call of the European Commission. The program seeks 16 highly motivated Doctoral Candidates (DCs) to pursue PhDs in cutting-edge metastasis research projects. With recruitment aligned to the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and six host institutions holding the HRS4R award, Adaptmet ensures an inclusive, transparent process coordinated by the IRB, which brings extensive expertise in international academic selection.

DCs are the backbone of the ADAPTMET network, and all will be employed under contracts that include relocation support, including personalized assistance for those moving with families to address gender-related barriers. By integrating top-tier research, clinical applications, and industrial innovation, ADAPTMET aims to redefine cancer metastasis research while offering exceptional training opportunities for the next generation of scientific leaders.
